Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. Each class is approximately 55minutes in length with a dynamic warm-up before and cool down after. This class is GREAT for Beginners to Extremely Advanced and only uses the TRX unit. Every workout is different everyday!
This is Mitchell Fitness Solutions Signature class. This class is as close as you get to one on one training! In this small group setting our Nationally Certified Instructor will guide you through a weight specific routine with proper sets, reps, rest and specific weight for you. Each class is 55 minutes with a proper warm up and cool down. This class uses the TRX unit and weights and is sectioned in either Upper, Lower or Total Body classes and is also great for Beginners to Extremely Advanced. Each day the workouts change so it keeps it interesting and FUN!!!
This class is designed for that hard working guy who gets off late and still needs to get their workout in for the day. This class is a great social gathering for those men who need to destress from that hard day at work! You will be sure to get a great workout in while your here for 60min whether it’s Upper, Lower or a Total body and is mixed up each day so no workout is the same! All fitness levels are welcome and progression can be worked in each time.
Nothing fancy about this workout other then it an hour and 15minutes of hardcore butt kicking workout! This class combines all of the classes above in one class where we focus on total body and bootcamp style workouts with some light cardio, weights and the TRX! This workout is more designed for someone who has been working out and not for a beginner.
